The higher frames per second a camera recording has not only the more fluent the overall film will be, but the slowmotion will be less choppy and more fluent as well. If the camera recording has less fps, than the video will be choppy in and out kinda like a lag preference. ALthough cameras with higher FPS have higher price rates and eventually the more frames the worse the quality of a video you'll need to get more FPS.

            The Mediator is Frederson, because at the ending he brings two people together, his father and a worker, and it shows him taking both hands of one another and combining them together to show a bond of forgiveness or trust. Although the girl that Frederson falls in love with could also be the Mediator because if it wasn't for her, Frederson wouldn't be in that position of joining two different people together.

            I believe Fritz is showing a sense of False Face for the future, because once technology evolves there will be all this great inspiration and improvement, but on the down side people with too much technology could become easily corrupt and use that has a form of Fascism. It could also show the potential the human race could be temped by one person or something, as-well as how bad the human race could downfall.
